Well first of all they did not disclose in the contract that if you don't gym 12 times a month you don't get any discount from sanlam reality which was actually explained to me as its not discount its a fixed rate and now after I went to the gym 12 times the amount is still higher than what I was told and when I phoned to ask why, I was told o sorry you have to gym 12 times a month for 3 consecutive months to qualify for any discount, and if you want to cancel you have to give a four month notice, that unacceptable
