We can’t gym in peace!!!!

Terrible experience!!!!!!!!! I went to lake field planet fitness with my little brother who is 10 years. We have been fuming there for almost 2 months. We were told by this white lady that I cannot enter with my little brother who is 10 years. We were suggested to pay a fee for my brother which we were informed and embarrassed. She then went and hunted us down again went I was on the machines whilst training and told my brother to get off the machine. Where am I supposed to put my little brother in the kids room and I was told he was under age. Is my brother supposed to stand like a statue and watch me gym. Why is there not a designated area for my little brother. Another thing there is cold water forever when we want to shower. Even though I change the times the water is cold! I am very angry, irritated and annoyed. I will cancel my membership and I will let this issue known on social media platform that your gym in lakefield is terrible!
