Waterfall branch is below par and keeps getting worse

The Waterfall branch seems to be falling apart by the week: - There are several cardio machines which have been out of service for weeks and/or months. This is a high traffic gym, how is it possible that there are treadmills and ellipticals (more than one) which are out of order and have been for extended periods of time? - The steam room is often out of service. There are also broken tiles which have been lying on the floor since I joined the gym in 2024 - this is a safety hazard. - The showers are not cleaned properly. I have gone into the same shower stall 3 days in a row and found the same soap marks on the doors - meaning they were not cleaned. - There are also missing shower doors, and showers which have been out of service for months. - While I understand that water disruptions are unpredictable and not in the club's control, we often only find out when we are there that there is no water. This is unhygienic and unsanitary for an environment with so many people. - There have been days where all of the ladies toilet stalls have been locked. No warning, no signage. Only when you go and ask at reception will they tell you to use the outside toilet and ask to be swiped back into the gym - this is inconvenient and is not just a once off. - The reception staff are also incredibly unfriendly, cold and unapproachable.

It is not fair for customers who are paying for the facility to continue having such experiences of the place.
