Hi<br> <br> The unpleasentness I experienced at Planet Fitness Claremont is nothing short of bewildering.<br> <br> It all started in April 2014. New Career, New Attitude and now time to get in shape! <br> Having been a member at Planet Fitness before, I returned to see a Sales consultant who hounded me with phone calls promising me a \SPECIAL CONTRACT"because I am an ex-member.<br> <br> He worked out a 1 year package and we settled on cash (+2000 or so). I then put in the overtime at work for a month till then and got the overtime amount paid by cash cheque. I returned with the cheque but they could not cash it. He ultimately told me to sign on the dotted line to \""secure\"" the deal and being in a hurry I trusted him completely not knowing what was to follow. It turns out he signed me up for a Full 2 years!!?? Then once the debits started to come off i asked what was going on. No Resolve. And then no Zhivargo. He got what commission he wanted and from what I was told alot of people got caught the same way. <br> <br> Trying to resolve this i Hit a Brick wall with Mr Garth (Manager) and Taariq (Branch Manager). They keep giving me robotic answers (although Garth tried his best). I Suggested to put me on a regional mem."""
