Be extremely careful before signing any membership at **Planet Fitness** – **Fourways Mall** branch.
The sales consultant will tell you one amount, but after you sign, your bank account may be debited a completely different (higher) amount. Do NOT trust verbal promises. What they say and what they deduct can be two different things.
Once you sign, they start taking money you never agreed to.
Before signing anything:
* Read every single page yourself. * Demand a written breakdown of ALL fees. * Confirm the exact monthly debit amount. * Record or keep proof of what was promised.
Do not let them rush you. Protect your money.
People need to know what is happening at this branch.

06 Mar 2026, 08:35As a person i wanted a place where I can go after work and on weekends so I can keep my body on shape, but then planet fitness representative told me something nice then after signing with you guys my bank notification says otherwise, and some email I'm receiving it's completely **** how come one must pay for 3 -7 thousands Rand for something they do because of wrong information from sales person
