WANT TO CANCELL CONTRACT

Planet Fitness advertise subscriptions of R99 per month but when you join their small print makes then the premium go up to R289 pm. I phoned the local branch in Rustenburg ********** 060 it is just ringing (it cant be that busy.) the 086 ********** does not even go through to a switchboard. I wanted to complain on website from my work but you need to scan some or other membership code. Not at all user friendly.

I want to cancel my contract immediately and I want them to stop putting the R289 debit order through. I am gouing to stop this at the bank aswell Ilse Edwards Born 20/03/1964 and I do not want to hear any stories about not being able to do it. There is a huge difference between R99 advertising it for and deducting R289 because of fine print in the contract.
