Walked in to the gym at Roodepoort and experienced such bad service from Andries, he made me feel so belittled as a consultant was explaining the packages to me, I am a little slow in understanding so I needed the extra time to understand the packages properly, Natasha being the third consultant had taken her time to explain the packages properly to me, because the other previous two didn't have patience for me, Andries who so happens to be a manager there, said that the consultant should move on to the next customer because I am taking too long to understand the packages, how he got promoted to becoming a manager only the Lord knows. I guess if you're slow and have difficulty understanding packages you should not come to this branch and speak to him. The rest of the staff was an utter breath of fresh air, they really took the time to assist me properly and explain everything to me properly. Thank you to those who care and have patience.
