Waiting since 2014 for a simple branch transfer

I joined planet fitness in November 13 2014 at centurion gate and requested a transfer from this branch to Moreleta branch around the 15th of November 2014. I made a number of calls and sent a few emails to the lovely people at planet fitness customer service but it seems like executing the transfer is a mission that they still cannot do it. You responded saying that the transfer had been done but that was a lie. Please assist once again.
