Waiting never ends

<p>I always try and call planet fitness between 9am-4pm</p> <p> multiple times I was waiting for somebody to answer it was 12 minutes that I was waiting and still no answer. This is ridiculous you need to speed up your processes or find more efficient way for your clients to get hold of your company. Unacceptable.</p>
