Waiting for feedback

Still waiting for feedback to date planet fitness nobody has not gotten back regarding my concerns as a customer yet they have handed it over to the lawyers !!!!!! Seems like customer service does not get taken seriously with this company. I have responded to emails and no response to date!!! Please urgently contact me as this service is unacceptable!!!! deliberate tactics used to rob people do not trust this company at all!!!!!!!
