Waiting 5 months for refund

R1030 taken back in December for mis sold product, despite daily promises on the refund coming, still nothing. I call and visit the branch daily and hear the same story every day. Staff couldn't give a toss. Bradley Emmet, the manager, pleasant but ineffective. Call centre woeful. I have obtained a settlement figure to leave my contract early. Shameful place.
