Waiting 4 weeks to try and open a contract!
<p>I've been trying to start/open a contract with the Planet Fitness in Bedford Centre. I was told that the only gentleman who could assist me was a certain 'Rhulani'. I've been into the gym 3 times in the last 4 weeks and every time I go 'Rhulani' isn't there. On one occasion they thought he was at lunch, even though it was 3PM and the other times I've been told they have no idea where he is. I've left written messages asking him to call me, but to no avail. I emailed the customer service department on the Planet Fitness website 2 days ago and have had no response. It's bizarre, never mind terrible service!</p>

Always frustrating when it takes a 'Hello Peter' review to get decent service. But Zanele Khumalo from Planet Fitness has been an absolute star today. Sent me the exact forms I needed and had everything completed and sorted for me in less than a day. Thank you, Zanele!
