In 2018 I was unemployed for a few months. When I tried to cancel my gym membership (which was on a month to month contract at this stage), Your consultant told me that I wouldn’t get the same rate ever again which would be to my disadvantage once I got a job and wanted to join so he suggested that I rather pay a discounted rate. Which I did. I cancelled because I was still struggling financially and got a reference number PF ********** at the end of November 2018. TODAY I got a call from attorneys saying I owe much more than my monthly gym membership!!! This whole time you did not see fit to send me proper communication or pick up a phone and you would have been made aware that I considered our relationship terminated properly as per your mail and today I get a call from ATTORNEYS. Just how is this in line with TCF? Milking someone’s financial situation for blood is your idea of good business practice?
