Voucher and Discovery points - exceptionally poor service from Planet Fitness Platinum Sandton

<p>I made use of a voucher that I was given for Planet Fitness Platinum (Sandton). I am already a member at Wanderers and get 100 Discovery points each time I visit. When using the voucher I asked the lady at the front if I would still get points for my visits and she said yes. I visited 3 times during the voucher (28 June, 29 June and 3 July). On 28 June and 29 June I signed the visitors book to be let in. on 3 July I provided my ID number and went in. I again checked with the receptionist that the points would count - because they hadn't reflected and she said they would. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then spoke to Leon Pillay who twice said he would check why the points weren't reflecting and that somebody would get back to me. They didn't. I emailed on the 4th of July to enquire and did not receive any sort of response within a week (In this email I included the dates visited, my ID number and the voucher number). I emailed again on 11 July, and received a reply on 12 July where I was told "you would have to sign the manual visit book for discovery as you are not on our system as a member yet, so its difficult to match the 2 up" I responded straight away explaining that I had signed the visitors book, and explained that the 3rd July points were reflecting but the others were not. I did not receive a reply, and emailed again on 15 July asking why I had not received a reply. I got one on 17th July where I was told I had to go into the gym to validate my visits with my signature (an option that seems futile considering ALL of my details are available in the book and in the email I have provided). I contacted Leon again who said that he would call when he arrived at the gym, which he didn't. I then made contact with Planet Fitness via Facebook on Monday and Tuesday (17th and 18th July) where I was again asked for my details and told that somebody would be in touch with me shortly. It is now Friday 21 July and I have still not heard from one person at Planet Fitness, and my gym visits for the first 2 dates (28 and 29 June) are still not reflecting. </p>
