Vitality Membership Activation - Planet Fitness Wanderers

I have been trying to link my Vitality to my Planet Fitness membership since the beginning of May. I was told to go in to my club @ Wanderers and sign a new contract to be able to activate the Vitality benefit. After doing so and receiving no feedback at all I went back and spoke to Tom, the club manager who was even more ***********. I had to re-sign another contract as the couldn’t find the initial one I signed. After following up again today I was told Tom still have not processed this from their side for my vitality to be activated. I am probably not allowed to use the words as to describe the pathetic service from Planet Fitness. I would never in my life advise anyone to join this group.
