Violation of contract

Planet fitness reduced their hours which doesn't suit my schedule anymore. They increase subscription which was never on contract, all this without even communicating to me. I spoke to call centre supervisor who was very arrogant and did not help. They want me to pay cancellation fee! But they are the ones who violated the contract! What a nerve!
