Violation of Consumer Protection Act

If I could give you guys a negative rating I would. Your false advertising and sales advisors do nothing but try to make a sale and sign a deal. I signed up in October 2022, they had a promotion for the black tag and I was told I can bring my buddy for the full duration 24 months contract. I pay R859 mind you which is not a small fee in this economy.

After over a year of coming , my husband decides to go with me today and your arrogant receptionist says my buddy privilege expired in October 23 and I should read my contract.

Lo and behold, my contract says 24 month black tag, expiring October 2024. So now my buddy can't come and I am stuck with your high fees. Clearly a violation of the consumer protection act because the contract is a legally binding document of which makes no mention of a buddy expiry date of October 23.

Please avoid this gym at all costs, they will lie to you and think nothing of violation and breaching the contract
