Very very unhappy client

I am very dissented in Planet Fitness! I was told i must pay a cancellation fee but i was relocated to a town that has no Planet Fitness because of my job. Now I am not allowed to cancle my contract without paying to cancel it. I could understand their point if I just cancelled but I have a legit reason and i can also give them proof of the situation. And telling the consultant how I feel she hang up on me. I feel their services is not helpful nor understanding.
