Very very bad service and utterly poor professionalism

So I am actually strucked for words at the moment.. so myself and my family joined the George branch at the end of January 2026 , whilst hesitant to join the George branch the rep was very persistent and explained the promo to be where if I joined I will get the month of February for free as part of the promotion that was running, its 8 months later and im still being charged for the month of February? And to top it all off we are denied access to the to gym whilst they are busy "investigating" as to why its still on my account? We where unable to gym for the past 10 days , and come month end you still expect me to pay the full membership fee after being denied acces because they are busy investigating the month of February thats supposed to be free ? And its been week and no feedback from the George Branch, I will keep ons escalating as this service levels and professionalism is lower than the ocean floor!!
