Very very bad attitude.

I miss placed my tag and asked them just to allow me to enter the gym until the end of the month when I can buy a new one and it was fine, when I arrived at the gym on the 10th I was told they cannot let me enter without a tag even though I pay them every month without any issues and even after I asked nicely if they could help me just for the day and Ill buy one the next day because I didn’t have my wallet on me as I ran there for a warmup. The lady at the front had such a bad attitude she just said :”I don’t care, its in your contract.” she treated me with no respect whatsoever infront of other members.
