VERY UNHAPPY WITH PLANET FITNESS IRENE LINK

Good day, I have started with Planet Fitness Irene Link in December 2024 and as discuss with the consultant there, my monthly payment should have been R799 per month. So in January 2025 I started paying R899 instead of R799 and beginning of February I have spoken to a consultant Jayden regarding this payment and he said he will sort it out for me so that they deduct the R100 for me from my next payment. At the end of February 2025 I've paid R799 instead of R699 that I expected to pay. Surprisingly beginning of March 2025 when I want to speak to Jayden again regarding the payment he was transferred to another branch and then I have spoken to another consultant Switch regarding this account query and now I have heard nothing has been done about it. This is unacceptable from these consultants working at Planet Fitness. If you signed for a contract to be R799 a month, then it should be R799 a month and not R899 and one should expect that such mistakes to be rectified as soon as possible.
