Very Rude Reception

Very disappointed with the service we got at Planet Fitness Menlyn after forgetting a phone on the treadmill.

Firstly we immediately went back to look for it and the Receptionist Mandie was extremely rude for having to assist us in going back into the gym to look for the phone, she also mentioned that another phone was ****** which makes one wonder. We asked her if someone might have given in the cellphone and she again very rudely rep****, I said no already.

We exercise at this specific gym every single day and pay our fees every single month, I expect better service especially in a situation like this.

Will definitely have to move memberships!!
