Very rude club manager.

Good morning Sir/Mam

I am sadly saddened about planet fitness hammanskraal management poor service. We have been having a couple of gym equipment that were not and still not in a good condition for use but we're forced to use.

If not lucky, it can result in injuries, making it very difficult for one to meet their fitness goal. I do like to believe the gym's only objective is to meet its client's desires, that's fitness goals.

I did approach the maintenance guys for the issue, understanding they also relay on their authorities like us,I had to approach the club manager for the issue.

She the club manager, told me that I shouldn't report to her and if I'm not happy with the gym I should cancel my membership and find another gym.

As a paying customer, I'm still asking myself if that's the right way a leader should address/respond to positive critics/complaints.

Please intervene, I am not the only one that's concerned about her behavior towards customers. She's so rude and clearly lacks good leadership skills.
