Very poor and unprofessional service!

I have joined this gym on the 1st of November. I ask the sales rep if I can gym in Vanderbijlpark if I join at their stall in the mall (Brakpan) and she said yes. The next dayw when I wanted to gym, they would not allow me in because I am not a member at the Vanderbijlpark gym, but at Brakpan. I can not go there all the time to gym (common sense), so they said that they will transfer me. It's been a month now and still no feedback. No one can assist me and my debit order is due tomorrow. The special stated that November is free, and that I pay R199 (Vanderbijlpark price) from the 1st of Dec. I was informed today that I am paying the Brakpan price, but I wasn't at that gym once since my joining date. This is ridiculous!! I wanted to cancel but they are asking a cancelation fee. The only feedback I receive is that I should phone again tomorrow, but with no good news the following day. I am so sick and tired of all the lies and wasting my time. They just want your money and expect you to pay. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYM TO ANYONE! I refuse to pay any membership-, transfer or cancellation fee. They were not clear on any of the details regarding the gym in Vanderbijlpark when I asked them. This was THEIR fault and THEIR mistake. And now I have to pay?? No way!
