Very Dissapointed in Planet fitness

Planet fitness Head Office said i will receive a call from the branch to resolve the matter, on Tuesday 7 October they called to hear my side of the story and said they will come back to me with a resolution. Instead i receive a call from a lady from finance (Palesa) threatening that i should continue paying the contract because i am in arears and they are going to increase when i dont pay rather i should cancel if i am not happy and pay a cancellation fee. I asked her How do i pay a contract that i didnt agree on and currently have a query on..why should i be the one paying a cancellation fee when they didnt do things correctly on their side? I am still awaiting a call from the branch in kolonnade
