Very disappointed!!

I need someone from Planet Fitness Head office asap. I have lodged a complaint. I have tried cancelling a membership that was signed up for me under false pretence from a consultant at planet fitness named Lulu, I tried contacting her since the 4 July 2018 but unable to get hold of her. I have also been receiving call from planet fitness lawyers demanding payment..since July 2018 I have never used the gym, in fact I have never used it since my 3 month trial ended..No one is assist me! Very disappointed
