very bad services

On Friday morning the 22 November somebody opened my locker and stole my phone which was inside the bag. unfortunately my locker was not locked which i understand. i decided to be calm and report it immediately. i then went to the front desk counter for assistance, then the lady on duty redirected me to the managers office which is 3 doors away from her.

when i got to the office my frustration started. the so called manager asked me if my locker was locked off-which i told him that i didn't and i'm just reporting so that the incident is known. I've asked him to check on the cameras outside the change rooms for any leads which he refused claiming it is pointless because we won't see someone holding my phone and that we can't go around accusing people of theft.

who said anything about accusing people of theft what if the person was trying to switch the phone on his way out of the change room. I'm very angry at that manger and wish that happens to him as-well and for making jokes about that.
