Very bad service at Planet Fitness

I feel like PF is deliberately ignoring my multiple requests to end my membership. I’ve sent multiple emails, I physically went to the gym and I’ve been in contact with 2 call center operators, still no luck. Why don’t they want to attend to my cancellation request? This is disgusting service!
