Very bad service

So it's close to a year regarding my complaint about poor to no Internet connectivity at Lakefield, planet fitness and nothing has been done.

Similarly close to a year now that upstairs Air condition doesn't work and it's boiling hot.

I emailed regarding about 4 days ago and no response sine.

I feel this is " I don't care attitude " but I am paying for services every month that is not rendered fully.

I hope you care and do something about these issues

So it's over 2 months and your team is still working to resolve? Really? It's a matter of me finding another gym and I guess for many.

Promiseses only and nothing beyond.
We need air condition to function and not only loud music. 30 degree is the temperature every day.

How many more months?
