very bad customer service from planet fitness

what pathetic and terrible service i have been getting from Planet Fitness over the last month or so. i had a contract with queenswood planet fitness, which expired in January. i called in, spoke to a consultant, who confirmed that it does expire , and that my last instalment will be deducted on the 15 of january 2020. i proceeded to not renew my contract, which was confirmed in the voice call with the consultant. on the 15 of january i get deducted R162-00 , instead of the usual R149-00 for no apapprent reason. then to my horror, on the 15 feruary Planet Fitness deducts R599-00 from my account withou my knowledge.....or permisson. totally **************** AND ARROGANCE FROM PLANET FITNNESS. after multiple times trying to get through to planet fitness, with no intial sucsees and wasting alot of airtime, i spoke to a consultant, which said she would listen to the voice recording and call me back shortly. after 2 hours shortly, i never got a call as promissed from the consultant. i then called again and demanded to speak to a supervisor, who after along time of waiting and spending airtime, i spoke to THULANI, who confirmed to me, that he listen to the recording, and indeed thae consultant did tell me that january was my last instalment.., i spoke to THULANI on monday 17 february, thulani , asked me to give him till the morning next day to come back to me. now, tuesday, 18, february, around 1-30, i call planet fitness, and ask for THULANI, whom im told is not available. i asked to speak to his supervisor, as i am dissapointed that he never called me back as he promised. its recorded . im told there is no supervisor?????????? how can that be possible??? this morning i get messages on my phone asking for the money from planet fitness, but when i call there is no supervisor available>?????????? planet fitness is quick to take my money from my account, but they dont want to call me back, when im right.....if planet fitness wants to take my money, rather they close their gym in queenswood and leave my surburb. ive been living in queenswood for many years, and luckliy have never been ****** till planet fitness started their nonsense..... IM SO GLAD IM NOT A MEMBER OF THIS LYING AND STUPID PLANET FITNESS, WHO DONT EVEN CARE ABOUT CALLING THEIR FORMER CLIENTS TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.. BUT THEY ARE QUICK TO take MY MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT... I THINK MAYBE WE SHOULD ORGANISE A CONSUMER BOYCOTT IN QUEENSWOOD, UNTILL PLANET FITNESS STARTS BEING HONEST, AND TReaTING US RESIDENTS WITH RESPECT AND NOT LYING TO US...... I WILL NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE, BELONG, OR EVEN ADVISE ANY PERSON TO JOIN PLANET FITNESS....NEVER...... I WAS TREATED SO BADLY, AND HAD MY MONEY TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSIN , AND THEY STILL DRAG THEIR FEET TO SOLVE SUCH AN EASY ISSUE........
