I wish I could do something but I suppose this is life.

The managers are to blame, Morne at Queenswood is no help at all and don't fool yourself that you think they care because they really don't. They literally just want your money, and the worst part is they blame all the faults on the sales or customer service, but if the people at the top actually did their job properly then the sales people would have been more professional. But it's all about commission, they are lazy and they do not care about anything other than sealing the deal, once that has been done they are no help.
