Utter Dismay

<p>My husband decided to join Planet fitness last year. On the 1st of January 2017 a debit order (4x more than my normal fee) was taken off my account. Upon querying this we discovered that the fees went up with out any notification. We then cancelled the membership. However, planet fitness refuses to stop the debit order. I was debitted again the end of January and February and twice last week! I want my money bac****!!!!!</p> <p>In february they returned the payment to my account and I got charged bank charges. THis is totally unacceptable and unprofessional! I tried to stop it at the bank but they keep using different codes.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you please stop the debit orders and return my money!</p>
