Utter disbelief and disgusted!!!!

<p>This will be my second complaint in a week about PLANET FITNESS CLAREMONT. I submitted a complaint on the PLANET FITNESS WEBSITE and was promtped with the following:</p> <p> </p> <p>"Thank you - your feedback has been successfully submitted. We will respond within the next 72 hours. Your refernece number is PF ********** "</p> <p> </p> <p>That was last week Thursday....Nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am still yet to get through to the call centre since the 22 November in an attmept to cancel my membership due to the shocking state of the facilities and service at this gym. I am actually at the point now where I don't even know what to do..</p>
