<p>&nbsp;Useless Service</p> <p>Planet Fitness/Just Gym whatever you choose to call yourselves. For some reason i have been double debited this month when i called i was first told its the yearly levy which usually goes off in December. I asked why has it been moved to July they log a query &nbsp;PF ********** . I called back the lady says sorry its a system error and you debit order date has been changed to the 1st by whom no one can confirm that. Not even the decency to apologise. No one in their Senior Management can be reached. &nbsp;i expect a call from you because this cannot continue.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>That call Center Agent KhanyisileTsotetsi&nbsp;has the audacity to tell me finding out who changed it wont solve anything!!!!! Really that is my account and you cannot do as you wish. I am going to take this further.&nbsp;</p> <p>My debit order has bee changed 3 times so far by whose authority?</p>
