Useless floor staff

Had the unpleasant experience today at the Bedfordview branch of struggling with a piece of equipment only to have the floor staff stare at me until I asked them to help. At which point they begrudgingly came over and rudely said I must pack my weights when I’m done? For context I’ve always packed my weights and I was the only one he chose to rudely say this to? I actually worked at this particular branch years ago when it opened and knew that part of my job was assisting people who didn’t know how to use equipment and tidy floor. Instead I left there annoyed that this is the caliber of rude individual Planet thinks is good for their brand.
