useless customer support

simple request was ensure my debit order goes off. it returned unpaid although there were funds in my account awaiting the debit. i sent planet fitness a notification yesterday and the day before to resolve the issue and explain why it occured. no response. the chat is useless on whatsapp. i didnt have access to go to the club so i tried to resolve telephonically at my cost.

can you take the damn money so i can get access to the club and can you provide an explanation (which doesnt blame my bank) as to why it occurs . I need resolution by 11 am today 27/02/2026 otherwise i will social media this . Maybe its time to change gyms....
