Useless customer service

Planet fitness do not communicate.They deduct money from my account even though I am paying an arranged amount via EFT and they change the total amount as they please.I need someone senior to help me resolve this please.The customer service are useless and do not know what is going on.Please can a senior person contact me,NOT GENERAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you
