Useless Customer Service

Planet Fitness has the worst customer service, everyone tells you a different story. Today you are told you are owing tomorrow a different person will say you are not owing!

Planet fitness debited my account twice in September and I contacted them via email attaching my statement as proof thereof. I then request confirmation to say my account has been paid up and I received the confirmation via email saying my account is no longer in arrears.

Today I am being told my account is in arrears and has been in arrears before lockdown and yet they have been debiting my account!
