Useless customer service and lies to hook you in...

I laid a complaint as I was not happy with decisions made at the roodepoort branch. A lady assisted me and kept on saying she is waiting for feedback. When phoning again after weeks of waiting it was said the manager at roodepoort closed the complaint. Best I take it up with him. Only problem is my problem is regarding him??? Upon explainig this Jabu assisting me transfers me to the branches reception when I asked to speak to his manager... really guys???
