Useless call centre.

The call centre at Planet Fitness is USELESS!!! You wait forever on the line, there's always high caller volumes because they probably only have 1 call centre agent.

I've called countless times now with my problem and Im becoming extremely frustrated with the people I speak to because they don't listen.

I was told on Friday to speak to the sales manager of the club where I signed up, but then he says I should speak to someone at the call centre.

Eventually one girl said she's going to escalate my query and get back to me on Monday morning but nothing has happened.

Only call planet fitness if you want to be irritated and have your time wasted. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.
