Useless and rude staff

Really rude staff and arrogant. And totally no response from them at the customer service Centre. Tried emailing them for 3 weeks 3 time per week and never get a response and when I finally tried to give them a call they are so rude and unhelpful!!! Queenswoods friendly staff said I should contact the customer service Centre for my queries, but completely useless!!!
