Useless Agents

Planet fitness is the most useless and *********** company i've ever dealt with. I changed my bank account to a different bank a few months into my subscription, contacted them countless times to change the debit details and they did NOTHING. But you know what they did do, they "did not receive" the debited amount and sent credit collectors after me. For months I had to make manual payments into their accounts with an added R20 fee because it was "late" and sent the proof of payment DIRECTLY to their customer service email address, as they told me to do. However it looks like who ever works in those buildings don't look at emails or forward them to accounts officers, so then they would call me. Call after call "i've already paid the amount and sent proof of payment" "what date was the payment done" "oh let me take time out of my work day to go track down the payment date, let me do YOUR job for you, x date" "did you send proof of payment to x email address" "yes i did" MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THE SAME MONTHLY PAYMENT. Absolutely ridiculous and lazy.
