Useless account department cannot cancel contract

I sent an email on 13 April to cancel my contract. No response. Debit order goes off on 30 April. Sent another email asking for feedback on 4 May. Received email from Zanele Mpala on 9 May Ref PF*** that contract was cancelled. Another debit order goes off on 01 June. Called accounts spoke to Zanele Mpala on 9 June who \cancelled"the contract AGAIN. Received email to confirm. And guess what... Another damn debit order goes off today. How many times can you cancel the same contract?!!!! I was refunded for 1 debit order but now this... How pathetic!!!"""
