useless

on the 2nd of February i cancelled my memebrship with them and to my suprise month end they deducted the my account for gym membership and when i contact the branch i was told that i cannot do the cancellation with them so i need to call their customer service the i called first spoke to Thulani who put me on hold for more than30min i then hung and call again where i sopke to Lungi Mbatha who told me that they can not give me back the R599 that they took from my account cos i have to pay R540 fee for cancelling the contract. When you guys want people to join you are eveen will to drive to their houses but now you are treaing me like im not the same client you were after when wanted my money. so please cancell you mebership and never touch my bank account.
