Uphalling service at Planet Fitness

My brand new cellphone was ****** at the facility, upon me reporting I found out that the staff was aware of the ongoing theft of gym members, no empathy or proffesionalism was given, they didnt even ask me if I had an alternative number for follow up, I had to go back to them for feedback till now nothing
