Unstoppable deduction afre cancellation

Be very careful before joining this gym. I cancelled my subscription, yet they continue to deduct fees from my bank account. I am officially a former member, but every month R300 is still taken.

I tried cancelling the debit order through my bank, but they informed me that it must be cancelled directly with the gym. I have done so, yet no one takes responsibility for these unauthorized deductions. If the deduction is not disputed immediately, the money is lost.

Last night, the amount was deducted at 1 a.m. By the time I woke up this morning, it was already gone, and even the bank confirmed that the transaction is irreversible.

Do not trust Planet Fitness management.
