UNSATIFISED AND FURIOUS!

This is my umpteenth request

I am furious, we how many times must I tell you that I made an arrangement with Mpho to freeze mine and my son's account but you all go ahead and deduct whatever the hell amount you want to of my account without my permission.

THIS WAS NOT AGREED UPON. This is downright theft.

I want mine and my son's memberships canceled EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!

Please phone me as I cannot get through to you either telephonically.

I want to know how to stop this immediately as you have taken more from me than agreed upon.

I also don't see why I should even pay a cancellation fee since you've taken my money as it is???
