UNSAFE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF PLANET FITNESS

Worst experience ever. Went to the gym at 5:40 and went to the shower at 6:00. Came back to the locker the lock was damaged and someone got access to a “secured” locker and took all my belongings. After looking at the cameras the gentleman arrived with someone and the driver remained in the parking lot at 5:15. The suspect went to the gym and waited around the bathroom for his chance to grab something. After he gained access he rushed out the gym and jumped in the car and fled. This person became a member the day before and opened his membership in another city (not nearly close to where the incident took place). The Planet Fitness staff was so unprofessional and didnt know how to deal with this incident, we had to wait an hour and a half for a senior staff member to arrive to assist which was also not helpful. This was the fourth incident in the same gym (Robertbroom Dr Valley View Planet Fitness) in the last six months. Clearly no security protocol is in place at this gym and would not recommend as its an unsafe environment to train.
