Unresponsive, invalid billing

There are a number of problems:<br> * My email address (which was only given to Planet Fitness) was *********ly provided by Planet Fitness to several other businesses unrelated to Planet Fitness, who have spammed me (such as Secure Windows & Doors, Three Oaks and an Aloe Boutique Hotel, plus several less savoury spammers).<br> * I visited the branch several times early in 2013 to ensure that my contract was set to terminate at the end of the 3-year term. The personnel were frustrating to deal with and could generally not cope with something so simple, but eventually I managed to get an assurance that it had been set to terminate.<br> * I emailed Rishen [Email Removed] on 2013-03-08 on this topic using details given to me at the front desk, but received no response.<br> * The last statement I received was dated 2012-12-12.<br> * The next communication I received was on 2015-02-13 from Saya Recoveries, (\regarding the outstanding amount of R677.93 which is still due to Planet Fitness. Ref ***7").<br> * Saya Recoveries does not properly introduce themselves as a duly authorized party in their email.
