Unreliable customer service

<p>For two and a half years , these people have been *****ing money from me. The manager at the time did not handle my account closure well and told me she had done it! Me, thinking my account had been closed (because I trusted the manager)when it actually wasn't have been sent to debt collectors because of their unreliable customer service ! It was not my fault. Planet fitness needs to pay for this. Rather go to any other gym. I'm not the first to complain about these planet fitness techniques they use to take your money!</p>
